Themed list: Voldemort wins

Today’s theme Voldemort wins, for curia_regis.
What I take:
- only the fics where Voldemort actually won, even if only for a while. That means that he and his Death Eaters rule the country or the world. There should be some sense of finality in their victory.
- I’ll accept fics where Voldemort was killed but Death Eaters rule (if there are such)
In other words, I want to see either how he wins or how he rearranges the world according to his ideas.
King Draco’s code, or What I don’t take:
- no fics where Harry is captured (tortured, held captive etc) but the war keeps going on.
- no fics where Voldemort wins at the very end of a long fic.
- no short PWPs written for the sake of kink, where Voldemort’s victory is implied.
- no WIPs that have only a chapter or two written.
- do not bring fics you haven’t read;
- do not bring fics you didn’t like;
- do me a courtesy, please, do not leave only a link. I’d appreciate the following info: author, title, pairing, rating, WIP status; how (why) this fic fits conditions.
Fics are sorted by TITLE in alphabetical order (articles excluded, i.e. A Spell To Turn Tigers To Butter is placed under ‘S’).
These are NOT my recs; it’s just a collection of links.
Special marks:
# - liked
## - loved
NR - have not read
new - added in the last month or so

Prompt: #57. Harry is captured by Death Eaters and Voldemort chooses to keep him alive and powerless because he is a Horcrux.

Paying off debts is a Gen fic, for the UnusuallyGen community on LJ, and it’s a one shot about 2000 words long
Can I recomend “prince of the dark kingdom” by mizuni-sama? The URL is: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3766574/1/Prince_of_the_Dark_Kingdom]
On fanfiction she gives the summary as:
Ten years ago, Voldemort created his kingdom. Now a confused young wizard stumbles into it, and carves out a destiny. AU. Nondark Harry. Mentor Voldemort. Book IICh.21 Epilogue. Loose ends get tied up, and Harry gets some unexpected summer plans.
Thanks, attackfish!
Sorry, cutecess, this is definitely not what I mean to collect for this theme. I mean a more traditional fics, not AR.
I second the recommendation for “Prince of the Dark Kingdom.” The premise is that James and Lily fled Britain shortly before Harry was born, so there was no prophecy and Harry was never marked. So of course, Voldemort wins. It’s gen, and is very well-constructed. It’s also a WIP.
Sorry, lonecayt, I still don’t think it fits. I collect here fics where Voldemort won within the canon universe, more or less.
I’m not sure whether my fic fits your requirements, but here it is anyway: “Lovely Bones” - Voldemort won the war, the heroes had been given Dementor’s Kiss and are presumed wiped out. Each chapter is told from the PoV of a different Death Eater/villian, who are “enjoying” their victory; until the final chapter, which depicts the last of Snape, Harry, Hermione and Ron lingering in the world.

I’d like to recommend “Until the Day You Die”, a Lucius/Ginny fic. You also see Hermione and a few other Hogwarts students briefly, but the action centers around Ginny. The rating is Mature. Voldemort has won and Ginny is forced to marry Lucius. The author does a good job of describing Ginny’s emotional state, and Lucius is very believable, written with depth. The author’s native language is German, so sometimes her phrasing is a little different, but it’s actually kind of charming and doesn’t distract from the story. The author is Sephora85 and she is continually updating this and her other fanfictions. The link to the story is http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4072296/1/Until_the_day_you_die
Thank you, Emily Waters and Ada Cormack!
