Here is list of fics featuring Dark Lord Harry (Severus, Lucius, etc). This list is for the wonderful meri_oddities who wrote an absolutely wonderful, charming story Courtship Rituals for my “Snape pursues Harry” challenge. You can find all responses to the challenge here.

In the cases of certain fics, my putting them on this list is a spoiler because it reveals their main plot twist. Be warned and proceed with caution!

RULES:

What I take:

- fics where Harry, Lucius or anyone else (except Voldemort) becomes a dark lord. This means that a character has not only gone dark, but also has the means (preferably official) to implement his/her wishes and policies, nation-wide. Pay attention to “King Draco’s code” below.

King Draco’s Code (what I don’t take):

- neither a character’s dabbing in Dark magic nor their official position of power are sufficient if taken separately. Harry’s gone dark but he doesn’t rule wizarding Britain? Nope, not enough. Ginny has become the Minister and abuses her power, but she doesn’t practise Dark magic? Nope, not enough either. It means that Maya’s Your Every Wish, for example, doesn’t qualify.
- fics where Voldemort possesses somebody and they rule together go to the Voldemort possesses somebody’s body list, not here.
- no OC dark lords;
- no WIPs that have only a chapter or two written;
- no drabbles;
- do not bring fics you haven’t read;
- do not bring fics you didn’t like;
- do not bring fics the authors of which show no grammar or spelling skill even if you liked them;
- do me a courtesy, please, do not leave only a link. I’d be really grateful if you tell me (besides the title and author) whether the fic is a WIP or completed, who becomes the Dark Lord, what the pairings and the rating are.

The fics are sorted by the character who’s become the new Dark Lord, and within the group, in alphabetical order by TITLE (articles excluded, i.e. A Little Touch Of Harry In the Night is placed under ‘L.)

He orders Snape to make a male pregnancy potion. When Snape produces the potion, Harry makes Snape drink it and then leads him off to the bedchamber so that they can actually make the heir. Bonus points if Harry took over the world just so that he could get his Snape. Harry/Snape; Harry/Draco; Harry/Snape/Lucius; NC-17, novella. Summary: “Surprises are foolish things. The pleasure is not enhanced, and the inconvenience is often considerable.” Story warning are at the bottom of the fic.

Green Means Go, by Fearless Diva
Harry/Draco primarily, PG-13, short. Summary: “An alternative ending to Seeing the Light. Very dark. It’s a good thing this isn’t Silververse canon or I’d have to cry.” This is a part of Silververse. You should read it in the order author puts the stories in, otherwise you’ll understand nothing.

Harry/Ron/Ginny; R, short, AU. Summary: “They always said, afterwards, that Hannah Abbot was a lovely girl who was quite good at charms and wasn’t it a tragedy when she fell down all those stairs?” Harry is a Dark Lord in training, of sorts.

Harry/Lucius/Snape; NC-17, short. Warnings: BDSM, D/s, blood play, caning, double penetration, and mind rape. Summary: “Teaching an old Death Eater new tricks isn’t easy, but Harry is not a Dark Lord for nothing.”

In Memory I, by Becka (or here)
Draco/Harry, Snape/Harry (both in the future); R, discontinued WIP, AU. More chapters are available through the author’s yahoo!group. Summary: “What if someone followed Hagrid the night he delivered Harry to the Dursleys? How would Harry’s life have been different?” Borderline case. Not sure about this fic. Harry isn’t the Dark Lord, but he’s been trained to become one, I guess.

In the Blood of the Traitor, They’ll find Freedom, by Calanor NR
Harry/Snape, Harry/Snape/Lupin, Harry/Snape/Lucius, Hermione/Luna, R, short. Vampires and vengence. AU and post Hogwarts. Complete. Summary: “Ginny Weasley must pay for her sins of the past, as a traitor and killer.” Dark Lord Harry and Severus. They are not really dark lords; they just control things behind the scenes. They have the last say and their words are law.

The Language of Serpents, by Anj
Snape/Draco, Harry/Draco, Harry/Snape, NC-17, short. Warnings: Torture, D/s, character death (not the main characters), (implied) non-con. Summary: The war is over, but the lives claimed leave no opportunity for celebration. On the run from the new Dark Lord, Snape thinks he’s found an ally, but in the world of serpents, nothing is as it seems.

Snape/Draco, Snape/Lucius, R, short. Request: I’d love to see a Snape/Draco fic set post-war, with Voldemort winning and the Order having to go underground a la the Resistance. I’d really love it if Snape and Draco were given places in the new government, but were in actuality working for the Order in some way. And throwing a past Snape/Lucius relationship in the works might be interesting too. Well, Harry is sort of darklordish. You should read to see how it fits.

I got greedy and picked three challenges - No’s. 17 (Harry sees Snape wearing leather. It is a revelation of sorts), 26 (An alternative Universe. Snape is Voldemort’s Right Hand man. Neville/Ginny and slight Harry/Hermione, PG-13, short. Round/Prompt : Round 6 in thematic_hp - There is a new Dark Lord, his name is Neville Longbottom, and he’s both smarter and more ruthless than Voldemort ever dreamed of being. Dark!Ginny as his consort would be even better.
